Tracey Luna, BA
Administrative Director
Tracey Luna is the Administrative Director for
the Cyzner Institute and serves as primary contact
and coordinator for all of our families as well as
for the Cyzner staff. Her multifunctional responsibilities
include general office administration, communications,
human resources, financial management including invoicing
and insurance processing, facilities and operations,
and organizational policies and planning.
Ms. Luna began her work with the Cyzner Institute
in 2006, bringing with her over 17 years of experience
in human resources and financial management. She graduated
from Moravian College in Bethlehem, PA with a Bachelor
of Arts degree and began her early career as Account
Coordinator with Metropolitan Life and as Account
Manager with Allmerica Financial. She then transitioned
to healthcare benefits management in an Account Executive
role with Vytra Healthplans. In this expanded role,
she developed a depth and breadth of knowledge in
employee benefits design including healthcare benefits
and insurance programs. She maintained her own book
of business and worked closely with clients and consultants
to assess client health care needs and design appropriate
benefits solutions. She also served a consultative
role in presenting benefits packages to employees
and developing new business opportunities in partnership
with the Sales force. Ms. Luna transferred her
expert knowledge in benefits/financial planning and
client management to Triboro Technologies where she
supported all human resources functions including
employee health and retirement benefits, staffing,
training, client relations, and financial management
including bookkeeping and payroll.
In her role at Cyzner, she welcomes the opportunity
to help parents access the services and support they
need for their children.
