Once the director and parents determine the child’s specific program, they schedule regular instructional times during the week and/or enroll the child in the weekday program. Some of the 1:1 and small group instruction occurs between the hours of 9:00 and 1:00, Monday through Friday (or 9:00-2:00 for 1st through 5th grade as of Fall 2007). Students are also scheduled in the afternoons for these services as well as tutoring. Our motor and social skills clubs operate primarily in the afternoon and are dependent upon enrollment. Other scheduling such as for “shadowing” services or the case management program are scheduled according to the child and the family’s schedule. The weekday program runs Monday through Thursday 9:00-1:00 or Monday through Friday 9:00-1:00. Please contact us for further information regarding other programming before and after school which some of our students participate in on a regularly scheduled basis.

We work with children throughout the school year and during the summer. We are closed for certain teacher work days and on these holidays: Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving weekend, Winter Break for Christmas and New Year’s (closely follows the local school system’s calendar), Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Spring Break (coincides with the local school system’s calendar), Good Friday and Easter Monday, Memorial Day, and Independence Day.
