The Cyzner Institute is a private teaching, testing
and consulting service for children with special
needs, preschool aged through third grade (4th and
5th grade as of Fall 2007). We are dedicated to
providing the type of early intervention that allows
children to develop key skills essential for future
social and educational success. We also provide
therapeutic services including occupational therapy
and speech-language therapy. Our weekday program
serves as an alternative setting for preschool/pre-K
and K, and the elementary education years.
At CI, we believe that all children can develop
to their fullest potential given the right environment,
education and training. We guarantee the delivery
of our service to you by:
- Tailoring each student's instructional program
to best suit his or her current developmental
needs
- Continuously monitoring and updating these
programs and tracking student progress
- Conferring regularly with parents and other
people involved in the student's development
- Providing well-integrated therapeutic support
programs
Our areas of service include:
- Evaluations
- Training in essential developmental and academic
skills/Tutoring
- Parent and school consultation
- Case management including consulting, ABA
home programs,
and parent coaching
- Consultation with other professionals
- Therapeutic support services and other programs
